Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want, add it to your basket and complete checkout using the available payment options.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, dispatched, moved from a warehouse or prepared for courier collection, we will aim to cancel it without a cancellation fee. If the item has already moved or been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be free.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, after placing an order you should receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Many furniture items are delivered within approximately 7–10 business days, but delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, courier schedules, delivery postcode and access restrictions.

Is delivery included?

Some products include standard mainland delivery in the product price. Other products or delivery locations may require an additional delivery charge, shown at checkout where available or confirmed before dispatch.

Do you deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland or islands?

Delivery availability and charges may vary for Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands, remote postcodes and other non-standard locations. Please contact us before ordering if your address is in one of these areas.

Will the furniture be delivered into my room?

Large furniture may be delivered to the first safe and accessible point at the address, such as the entrance, driveway, kerbside or building entrance. Room-of-choice delivery, assembly or packaging removal is not included unless clearly stated or agreed before dispatch.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

For most online purchases, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm the correct return process.

Who pays for return delivery?

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for the return delivery or collection cost. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, we will review the issue and confirm the appropriate solution.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging and a short description of the issue. Please keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Are product colours exact?

We aim to show colours and finishes accurately, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

Are product dimensions exact?

Product dimensions are usually approximate. Small variations may occur because of product design, natural materials or supplier information.
