Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how delivery works when you place an order with DELIVING through deliving.co.uk.

We aim to provide clear delivery information before you complete your purchase. Delivery availability, estimated timeframes and delivery charges may vary depending on the product, item size, delivery postcode, courier access, supplier dispatch availability and the delivery service required.

Where can I see my delivery time?
A general delivery estimate may be shown on the product page. The final available delivery options, delivery charge and estimated delivery timeframe are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address or postcode.
Quick delivery guide:
Standard courier items are usually delivered within approximately 3–8 business days. Many furniture items are usually delivered within approximately 7–10 business days. Selected specialist or two-person delivery items may take up to approximately 2 weeks.
Important: Some products include standard UK mainland delivery in the product price. Other products, selected specialist delivery items or delivery locations may require an additional delivery charge, which may be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses where delivery is available for the product ordered.

Standard delivery is available for many mainland UK addresses. However, some areas may require an additional delivery surcharge, a longer delivery timeframe, or a custom delivery quote.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Scotland and Scottish Highlands;
  • remote postcode areas;
  • islands and offshore locations;
  • Northern Ireland;
  • locations with restricted access;
  • areas where selected specialist delivery services are unavailable.

We do not usually deliver to the Channel Islands unless this has been agreed with us before ordering.

If delivery to your address requires confirmation, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm availability, delivery cost or any special delivery requirements.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on the product, delivery location and available courier service.

Where standard UK mainland delivery is included, this will apply only to eligible products and eligible delivery areas.

Additional delivery charges may apply for some postcodes, remote areas, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland or non-standard delivery locations. Where possible, these charges will be shown at checkout. In some cases, we may need to confirm the delivery cost with you before dispatch.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages or at checkout where available.

Many standard courier items are delivered within approximately 3–8 business days, depending on the product, dispatch time, courier service and delivery postcode.

Many furniture items are delivered within approximately 7–10 business days, but some items may take longer depending on stock availability, supplier processing times, courier schedules, delivery postcode, access restrictions, remote locations or other circumstances outside our control.

Selected products that require a specialist or two-person delivery service may take longer than standard courier deliveries. In some cases, the delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date, and delivery may take up to approximately 2 weeks.

Standard delivery items

Smaller items, home accessories, lighting, artificial flowers and selected furniture products may be sent by standard courier delivery where available.

Standard delivery charges may be calculated by product weight, delivery postcode and available courier service. Delivery surcharges may apply for Scotland, Northern Ireland, islands, remote postcodes or other non-standard delivery areas.

Specialist and two-person delivery items

Some selected products may require a specialist delivery service, including two-person delivery, depending on the product type, weight, delivery size, supplier handling requirements and delivery postcode.

Where a product requires a specialist or two-person delivery service, this may be shown on the product page, at checkout, or confirmed by us before dispatch.

Specialist delivery items may take longer than standard courier deliveries. In some cases, the delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date, and delivery may take up to approximately 2 weeks.

Specialist or two-person delivery may not be available to all postcodes, including some remote, offshore or restricted areas. If delivery is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Room-of-choice delivery, packaging removal, assembly or disposal services are not included unless clearly stated on the product page, at checkout, or agreed with us before dispatch.

Delivery method

Products may be delivered by courier, pallet network, supplier delivery service or specialist delivery partner, depending on the product ordered and the delivery service available for your postcode.

Delivery may be made to the first safe and accessible point at the delivery address, such as the entrance, driveway, kerbside, building entrance or another suitable access point. Room-of-choice delivery, assembly, packaging removal or disposal services are not included unless clearly stated or agreed before dispatch.

Before placing your order

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and accessible for the delivery service required. If your address is difficult to access, located in a remote area, on an island, in Northern Ireland, or outside standard mainland delivery coverage, please contact us before placing your order.

Order processing

After you place an order, we may check product availability, dispatch status and delivery coverage. If there is any issue with delivery to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If delivery is not available to your address, or if an additional delivery charge is required and not accepted, the order may be cancelled and refunded before dispatch.

Cancellations before dispatch

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, prepared for courier collection, moved from a supplier warehouse or sent to final delivery processing.

If the order has not yet been processed, shipped, moved to a delivery partner or prepared for courier collection, we will aim to cancel it without a cancellation fee.

Cancellations after dispatch

If your order has already been shipped, dispatched, collected by a courier, moved from a supplier warehouse, transferred to a delivery partner or prepared for final delivery, cancellation may no longer be free.

In this case, a cancellation, return or handling fee may apply. The exact amount depends on the item size, courier charges, supplier charges, return transport costs and order status.

For furniture items, selected specialist delivery items, fragile items and supplier-shipped goods, cancellation after dispatch or after the item has moved may result in a handling or return charge. This is because some deliveries involve supplier processing, specialist courier booking, pallet movement, warehouse handling or return transport.

Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first, as this may cause additional return, storage, redelivery or cancellation charges.

Failed delivery or missed delivery

Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery where required. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, access is restricted, no one is available, the customer misses an agreed delivery appointment, or the delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside our control, additional redelivery, storage, return or cancellation charges may apply.

For selected specialist or arranged deliveries, the courier or delivery partner may contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. Please respond promptly to avoid delays, missed delivery charges or return costs.

Checking your order on delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and keep the original packaging until you are happy with your order.

If the packaging appears damaged, or the product is incorrect, damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 working days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue.

Please include photos of the product, packaging, courier labels and any visible damage. This helps us investigate the issue quickly with the courier, supplier or warehouse.
