If you have placed an order and would like an update, please contact us with your order number and delivery postcode.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

If the order has not yet been processed, dispatched, moved from a warehouse or prepared for courier collection, we will aim to cancel it without a cancellation fee.

If the item has already been dispatched, moved from a supplier warehouse, collected by a courier or prepared for final delivery, cancellation may no longer be free. A cancellation, return, collection or handling cost may apply depending on the item size, courier charges, supplier charges, return transport costs and order status.

Delivery help

Delivery availability, timeframes and charges can vary depending on the product, delivery postcode, item size and courier access.

If your address is in Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands, remote postcodes or another non-standard area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery availability and any possible extra cost.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

your order number;
your full name;
your delivery postcode;
photos of the product;
photos of the packaging;
a short description of the issue.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Returns

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Some products may need to be returned to a specific warehouse, depot or courier collection point.
